For New York practices and service businesses

A phone front desk that picks up the line. Set up, tuned, and run for you.

VoiceLab answers the phone for New York service businesses, captures every caller and request in one dashboard, and hands anything that needs a person to your team. The assistant answers day and night. Our team sets it up, tunes it, and runs it with you on business days.

12-month contracts. Setup fee financed across the term, so your first bill is the same as your second.

  1. 1

    First, we learn your business.

Your hours, services, locations, and the questions people ask. Your team sets the facts and the boundaries.

  2. 2

Then, we make it sound like you.

We prepare your greeting and call flow, agree how requests reach your staff, and test it together before launch.

  3. 3

We stay with you after the first call.

Review calls with our team and refine the experience as your business changes. Ongoing support is part of the service.

What you can check before you sign.

Every call starts with a disclosure.

Callers hear that they are speaking with an automated assistant and that the call may be recorded, before anything else. Consent is tracked per contact in your dashboard.

Your data stays in your workspace.

Row-level security separates every workspace. Call recordings and transcripts are kept for 90 days by default, as set out in the Privacy Policy.

A New York company you can name.

VoiceLab is operated by Modern Approach USA LLC, a New York limited liability company. 12-month contracts with itemized setup, so your first invoice is the same as your second.

The Trust page covers the recording notice, HIPAA-aware controls, and what a Business Associate Agreement covers.

A few things before we talk.

What does VoiceLab cost?

Starter is $800 per month subscription, $150 per month maintenance and tuning, and $1,800 setup split across 12 months ($150 per month). The published monthly total is $1,100. Included voice minutes: 500. After that, overage is $0.25 per minute. Growth and Scale are itemized on /pricing. Final numbers are on the proposal our team sends — the /apply form does not charge a card. Read the page

Can I keep my existing number?

Yes. VoiceLab files a port with the losing carrier. Simple U.S. NANP ports typically complete in 2–14 business days after the Firm Order Commitment date (FCC Local Number Portability). Your current number stays live until the port completes. A new number can be provisioned the same week as setup if you are not porting. Read the page

How long until the line is live?

Apply today (about 30 seconds). A scoping call is 1–3 days later. An itemized proposal follows 3–7 days after scope. After you sign, setup is 7–14 days: number, hours, greeting, and at least 10 verified FAQs before the first live call. Timings are on /how-it-works; they are not a service-level contract. How do you measure whether the assistant is accurate?

Before go-live we run the assistant against a labeled sheet of your FAQs — hours, fees, location, policies. A question that is not on the sheet becomes a message for your team, not a guessed answer. We score match vs the sheet you signed. We do not publish a percentage. Healthcare is the vertical where that boundary is strictest — the assistant captures the request and stays inside the lines. How do I leave the contract?

Cancel before the renewal date in account settings or by emailing billing@voicelabnyc.com (Terms §7). The financed setup remainder is billed on the final invoice. Unused minutes are not a transferable credit. Refunds follow /refund-policy. We email a renewal reminder with the price and date under NY GBL §527-a. Read the page
