    Tell us about your business in 5 minutes.

    You fill the application form on /apply. Industry, phone volume, current CRM, business hours, integrations you need. Oksana reads every submission personally — no automated triage.

    Scope · 1–3 days after applying

    A 30-minute scoping call with Oksana.

    We walk through how the assistant will answer, what it will say, and what it will refuse to say. We map your CRM. We listen to a real call recording or two. We surface anything that would block compliance (TCPA, NY GBL, BIPA, HIPAA Mode if applicable).

    Sign · 3–7 days after scope

    Itemized proposal + 12-month contract.

    You receive a proposal with every line item visible — subscription, setup, maintenance, per-call overage, integration buildouts. Setup is amortized across the 12-month term so your first invoice matches your second. No card on file until you sign.

  4. 4

    Go live · 7–14 days after signing

    We do the setup. You answer the first test call.

    Our team writes the system prompt for your business, imports your contacts, provisions or ports your phone number, builds the CRM integration, and runs the first week of tuning calls with you. Then we hand off the dashboard.
